Dr Roberta McDonald is currently Sustainable Solutions Lead with Devenish. After completing an honours degree in Animal Science (2010) from UCD, she completed a PhD on decision-making and behaviour change amongst New Entrant dairy farmers with UCD and Teagasc Moorepark..
In 2016 Roberta was awarded a Nuffield scholarship, where she participated in their renowned mentorship programme. She is a founding member of the Ceres Network for women in agriculture and their peer mentor programme. She is a Board member of Nuffield Ireland and Council member of the Agricultural Science Association.
